The app says I need an Apple Music subscription

Full playback requires an active Apple Music subscription. You can still browse albums, view artwork, and listen to 30-second previews without one.

Album artwork isn't loading

Check your internet connection. Artwork is loaded from Apple's servers and requires a network connection. If the problem persists, try closing and reopening the app.

My crate disappeared

Your crate is stored locally on your device. If you deleted and reinstalled the app, your crate may have been removed. We recommend using crate sharing to back up your collection.

How do I share my crate?

Tap the share icon in your crate view to generate a shareable link. Anyone with the link can import your crate into their app.

What is Super Music Nerd?

Super Music Nerd is an optional subscription that unlocks AI-powered album insights — track-by-track production history, recording details, and stories behind the music.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings > your name > Subscriptions on your device to manage or cancel.
