My finger doesn't draw any more

Once an Apple Pencil has drawn on the board, Pixel Pals switches to Pencil mode so a resting hand leaves no marks. In Pencil mode a finger moves the board instead. Tap the hand / Pencil button at the top of the drawing screen to switch back to finger drawing.

How do I get lighter or darker colours?

Press and hold a colour along the bottom, or a square on the board, and pick a shade from the wheel. Palettes, next to the current colour, has more sets of colours.

What does Texture do?

Tap Texture, under Pick, to change it. Random gives each square a random shade of your colour. Cycle steps through the shades in order. Press and hold Texture to use all eight shades instead of the five closest to your colour.

My drawings disappeared

Drawings are saved only on your iPad. If the app was deleted and installed again, its drawings were deleted with it.
